Susan Fullerton
Susan is a leadership and ADHD specialist coach who works with executives, charity leaders, and adults with ADHD. Alongside her coaching, she also works as a consultant within the third sector, supporting organisations through periods of change, growth, and complexity.
She brings a grounded, practical approach shaped by real‑world leadership experience and a strong understanding of emotional intelligence, and neurodivergence.
Before moving into coaching and consultancy, Susan was a Chief Executive in the charity sector, with experience across health, social care, youth work, and education. She has completed coach training in leadership and emotional intelligence, in addition to an ADHD specialist coaching qualification, and is currently working towards professional accreditation.
Her coaching is strongly informed by both professional and lived experience – as a former charity CEO, a leader navigating complex systems, an ADHDer herself, and as a parent to neurodivergent children. This enables her to work in a way that is realistic, compassionate, and free from judgement. She understands the pressures of leading within values led and purpose driven organisations.
Susan completed her training in the Eight Tensions® coaching framework in May 2026 and uses it to help clients navigate competing demands, inner conflicts, and difficult decisions. She experiences this model as a positive disrupter, creating space for curiosity and supporting clients to move towards balance, clarity, and confident next steps.
Susan works best with clients who want honest, thoughtful coaching that supports sustainable leadership, self‑understanding, and meaningful change.
