I take a psychologically-informed approach to help you manage complexity, uncertainty and competing demands.
For executives in the private or public sector:
- Do you or your team need support navigating change, transition or high-pressure environments?
- Do you want to improve communication and understanding within your team or organisation?
- Do you want to strengthen psychological resilience in yourself or your team?
For individuals:
- Do you need a clearer way to make sense of competing pressures in your life or work?
- Do you want to create healthier ways of working without losing effectiveness or ambition?
- Do you need to reconnect with purpose, direction and momentum?
Through my coaching programmes, I help people make sense of complexity and regain agency in life and work resulting in clearer decision-making. I work one-to-one and in groups and teams, supporting leaders, team members and individuals develop clarity, confidence and direction which translates into a practical strategy and vision.
My programmes apply the Eight Tensions framework that is based on Existential Psychology and was empirically derived by me through my doctoral study and subsequent research. The Eight Tensions framework is a coaching model and tool to support individuals and groups in making sense and taking control of their life circumstances. The framework helps people reflect, adapt and take meaningful action as well to navigate the human challenges behind performance and productivity. It accelerates surfacing practical strategies for managing self, work and relationships more effectively.
“Natalie is passionate, kind and engaged and is genuinely committed to supporting our learning and growth”.
“I highly recommend Natalie as a coach. She brought order, clarity and a much needed rigour to my thought process when I wanted to discover and navigate a path forward after doing the same job for 30 years.
She is highly attentive and able to sort out the key information and facts when presented with a weekly brain dump! She’s very intelligent and it was fun to brainstorm with her.
Natalie is well-networked and has access to good resources but is also comfortable being honest when she is straying outside her sphere of expertise.
Overall a highly worthwhile experience and I have no hesitation in recommending Natalie as an executive coach.”

“I worked with Natalie to update my CV. I am a global CEO and my previous CV was looking cumbersome as different roles were added.
Working with Natalie to simplify it and make it more punchy was simple and straightforward.
She understood the brief immediately and worked with me in realtime over Zoom.
The process was seamless and the outcome excellent.
I would recommend Natalie for all such needs and will have no hesitation about using her again for any such needs.”
