🌟 An in-depth, practical and AC endorsed programme
N.B. This course aligns with International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) new Coaching Supervision Qualification (CSQ) requirements. However, we are not an ICF approved provider. This means the emphasis is on you to show how it is aligned when you submit your CPD and there is no guarantee that it will be accepted as CCE. Please note, we are not liable if it is not accepted.

🌟 The programme fee is £1650 or 4 x £450 instalments
This programme has been created in response to a need for a practical course in both coach supervision and working with groups with strong psychological foundations.
The course is led by Dr Natalie Lancer with a specialism in the fields of existential psychology, working with groups and supervision. Participants will be given the opportunity to explore a range of approaches, develop their own preferred way of working and gain insight into their strengths and areas for development.
The training covers one-to-one and group supervision, as well as working with groups in other contexts, such as group coaching and Action Learning Sets.

• The why of supervision
• Coaching psychology supervision identity
• Tools for supervising creatively
• Individual, peer and group supervision
• Supervision for supervisors (including client and practitioner development)
• Group supervision dynamics and dynamics of group coaching
• Systems and constellations
• Psychodynamic perspectives including dreams and defence mechanisms
• Existential perspectives on groups and supervision
• Running coaching retreats
• Action Learning Sets
• Building a coaching supervision/group practice
• Ethical guidance
• Supportive environments and awareness of difference, including neurodiversity
We will work at depth, examining our position as coaches and supervisors and what value we add
Evidence-based research, relevant reading material and resources will be shared
Group experience and role play practice happens inside the sessions and practice groups occur outside the session
Space for self-reflection on your development and shared learning reflections
Each person has a one-to-one hour with Dr Lancer for reflective practice and review of your philosophy as a supervisor

🌟 Catch up recordings and slides sent the following day
At the end of the Programme, each participant will write a 300-word statement of their philosophy as a supervisor, which can be used in the future to promote your work.
This course is recognised by the Association for Coaching and counts as 41 CPD hours.

DR NATALIE LANCER CPsychol
Dr Natalie Lancer is a British Psychological Society RAPPS registered supervisor, a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, a Trustee of the British Psychological Society and Former Chair of the Division of Coaching Psychology.
Her research focusses on coaches’ and coaching supervisors’ identity and the impact of coaching supervision on supervisees. She coaches doctoral students, helping them get to the finish line of their studies in good psychological health and she supervises coaches, coaching psychologists and supervisors emphasising the meaning practitioners derive from their work.
Natalie is a Master’s and PhD supervisor at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling. In 2016, she co-authored Techniques for Coaching and Mentoring with David Clutterbuck. She runs a variety of coaching and supervision training programmes with an existential psychological underpinning for practitioners and is a regular keynote speaker.
