Lynsey Allison
Lynsey Allison is an Executive Coach, Leadership Development Facilitator and certified Eight Tensions® Coach based in Australia, who supports individuals to navigate change, complexity, and the deeper questions that can emerge through work and life.
Grounded in Coaching Psychology, Positive Psychology and existential thinking, Lynsey creates a reflective yet practical, virtual coaching space where clients can explore the tensions, dilemmas, and competing demands that influence how they think, feel, relate, and make choices.
Using Dr Natalie Lancer’s Eight Tensions® Framework, Lynsey works with clients to explore the tensions that often sit beneath the challenges they bring to coaching, such as connection–separation, being you–fitting in, fixed plans–fluidity of life, and day to day–thinking forward. The framework helps clients step back, gain perspective, deepen self-awareness, and make more intentional choices about how they want to live and work.
Lynsey has extensive experience coaching leaders, professionals, and neurodivergent individuals, supporting them to better understand themselves, leverage their strengths, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
She holds a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology, alongside specialist accreditations in strengths, emotional intelligence, adaptability, mental toughness, team coaching, psychometric assessment, and workplace wellbeing.
Her coaching is grounded in the belief that meaningful change often begins with greater self-understanding, honest reflection, and the courage to engage with life’s tensions rather than avoid them.
