Alexandra is a chartered coaching psychologist, academic, consultant and supervisor.
Alexandra has a private coaching practice where she works with clients on any range of topics. As a coaching psychologist, psychological theory and evidence-based coaching underpins her practice. She also utilises the dimensions of the Eight Tensions ® coaching methodology to help draw out new awareness in her clients.
Alexandra holds an academic role at the University of East London, working on the Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and a role with the University of Cambridge (ICE) as a research supervisor on the MSt in Coaching. She is registered as a BPS RAPPS supervisor.
Aside from her coaching work, she also works with cybersecurity, and she is author of ‘Cybersecurity for Coaches and Therapists, A Practical Guide for Protecting Client Data,’ published by Routledge books.
She takes a motivational approach to her work as a coach, seeking to help people create change and momentum to enable them to reach what they want to achieve or what they dream of most. In her practice, the Eight Tensions ® coaching methodology often helps her clients navigate the challenges that come with change and/or a new direction.
Alexandra works with clients across the globe online as well as locally out of her practice in Copenhagen. She is British but can provide coaching in Danish as well.
