Natasha Thompson
Natasha helps individuals and teams to be more strategic and intentional, helping them gain the confidence and clarity to explore a “different way”, so they can move closer to the results they desire in their business, life or career.
She has over twenty years of business development experience, specialising in competitive strategy development and pitch coaching for global bids and pursuits and also business, life and career coaching.
Natasha works with solo or small business owners and teams, who want to operate more effectively and “standout” from the crowd and gain more clients. She also works with women who want to feel less “stuck”, so they can make changes to their life or career. She has a particular interest in supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives and female business owners.
Her style is holistic, fun and empowering, tailoring her approach as needed, incorporating a range of techniques, frameworks and concepts rooted in neuroscience, psychology, mindfulness and strategic thinking. For her, a key benefit of using the Eight Tensions ® with clients, is that it helps them to quickly and effectively identify the root cause of any tensions or pressures – knowing this means they have improved clarity to make more confident decisions on what to do next.
Natasha can help with both 1-to-1 and team coaching, pitch/presentation and interview coaching, client feedback and debriefs, and value proposition development.
She holds the following selection of qualifications and accreditations – Eight Tensions ® coach, ICF and EMCC Accredited Coach; Neuromindfulness ® Practitioner and Systemic Team Coach certification.
