Arlene trained in the Eight Tensions®coaching framework in 2023 and has used this as a roadmap for navigating through life’s tensions that everyone will experience. It has helped to contextualise what is going on for the client and give a language to their experience to focus on the dynamics that are at play and distil down quickly to the heart of the issues and experience. It’s a skilful method for ensuring the dynamics don’t get lost in narrative and helps clients normalise and understand their experience.
