About the Podcast:

Doing Coaching Psychology: Where Practice gets Practical is an in-depth, practitioner-focused podcast series that explores how psychological principles come alive in coaching psychologists’ client work.

Have you ever wondered what coaching psychologists actually do in their client sessions?

We know their practice is evidence-based but what does this look like?

Dr Natalie Lancer and Dr Marie Stopforth, experienced Coaching Psychologists and leaders in the field, peel back the curtain to reveal the messy, complex, human moments of real coaching psychology work and demonstrate how research and theory come to life in real coaching conversations.

Each episode features behind-the-scenes insights from guest practitioners, live role plays to help you apply tools and ideas, and reflective discussions exploring the highlights and challenges of the work.

Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or newer to the field, this is your space to explore the practice of evidence-based coaching psychology.

Mission:

To bridge the gap between coaching psychology theory and the practical realities of client work, empowering listeners with real-life insights, useful tools and a sense of connection to an evidence-based community.
